We are losing a gangster (Warren) just to gain more with Freddie and Grace, and who knows who else...when the show should be walking away from gangstery stuff altogether.

I knew the day Warren leaves they would attempt to replace him I said this for many years and that's what they seem to be doing with Freddie and now a returning Grace.
I wonder if Grace returning full time as well as Freddie also means Norma COULD be on her way out too. Who knows.
It actually wasn't nice at all seeing Tamara heartbroken over Grace's axing on her socials and exit interview so I'm happy she's got the job she loves back.
I do think though they will have to come up with a good reason as to why she's released she got caught bang to rights doing armed robbery and hostage taking as well as confessing to it all. I feel she will have this storyline with Freddie and will return full time after the time jump if that's the case kinda lazy but that could be me just thinking ahead and they have something lined up to explain it all.
What I don't get though why is Grace in cahoots with Freddie of all people? She hates him with a passion he murdered her father so I'm hoping that's explained and not just a massive elephant in the room.

No it's not bullying to call you out on this. More often that not when I see your posts it's 'sexy' this and 'sexy' that. I don't see it half as much from other regular posters, and you've been told about this before that the constant referring to characters as sexy isn't adding anything to the topic.
Couldn't care less who you do or don't fancy but as it's been said on here you keep on about how characters are 'sexy' is just a bit much.
This discussion has been had many many times.
I would think bringing Grace back in a permanent role was decided before they knew there would be job cuts. The same with any of current/upcoming planned returns and new characters.
